This guide will show how a certifying body invites new applicants to fill out an Application and how to find and change the Application status if needed.
A certifying body is the issuer of a certification.

Inviting New Applicants to fill out their Application
1. Go to "Applications".
2. Click "Overview".
3. Click "Invite new applicant".
4. Fill out the information and click "Send invitation".
5. Click on the email applicant you have just invited.
6. When you have opened the Application, you can change the status if needed.
*it would only be needed in rare cases, otherwise, it will change status automatically.
7. When the client answers the Application, it will automatically move to the next stage.
