If you are an auditor auditing an application, this is the guide to show how you can approve questions and/or send the application back to the applicant for a follow-up if something is missing in their answer.
How to approve the questions in the application
1. When auditing, you can approve the questions by clicking "Approve".
2. You can see which questions you have approved as they are marked with green "Approved".
How to send back the application for a follow-up
1. When something is missing from the questions by the applicant, please select "Mark for follow up" as you can afterwards send the application to the applicant to follow up on the questions you have marked.
2. Make sure to leave a "Follow-up comment" for the applicant and then click "Mark for follow-up".
3. When you have marked the questions you need to have the applicant to follow up on, then click "Send back for follow-up"
4. Click "Send back", and then the applicant will be able to see the updated answers and what they need to make changes before they resubmit.
5. After you have sent back the application to the applicant for follow-up, you will be notified once they have resubmitted the application.
6. When the application has been approved without any follow-ups, please click "Submit audit report".
