How to invite applicants to answer an Application
This guide will show how you, as a certifying body invites new applicants to fill out an Application and how to find and change the Application status if needed.
A certifying body is the issuer of a certification.

Inviting New Applicants to fill out their Application
1. Locate Applications, select Overview and click "Invite new applicant".
2. Insert the receiving email, select the template of your Application and name the Application. Then click "Send invitation".
It must be the person (email) that you invite here, who signs up on BeCause, as this will be the only email that can accept the application invitation on the company profile. Please make sure the client will know this.
3. Now you can see your invited applicant, and you can remove the invitation if you need to.
4. You can filter your applications overview by using the "Filters".
5. Once the client has accepted the application invitation, the application status will change to "in data collection", as the application is now ready to be answered by the client. That means you can also open up the application and follow their answers, if they have any data saved.
