Performance and Consumption Data

As a certifying body, you've likely accumulated years of valuable performance data from your certified establishments. BeCause offers a streamlined way to integrate this historical data into the platform.

You can only add performance data for an establishment you have already imported to the BeCause database.

Here's how to add your performance data:

  1. Add a Framework:

    • Create a new Framework within BeCause to represent the specific certification standard or assessment criteria used to collect the data.

  2. Insert Performance Data:

    • For each year of historical data, you can add it to a created Framework.

    • BeCause allows you to input data for different years, providing a comprehensive overview of performance trends over time.

  3. Follow our step-by-step guide ⬇️ to create a Framework to work in.

Create a Framework for your Performance Data step-by-step guide

1. Go to Overview and click "Establishment data".

2. Select the establishment you want to add data for and click "Add framework".

3. Click "Add" on the Framework you want to work in.

4. Remember to select the Year and Start month before you click "Add framework".

5. Now you have created your framework and you can click "Open" to start inserting the data.

6. Click "My Questions" to start filling out the answers. You can always check your progress when you have answered questions.

7. Click on the different topics to answer.

8. You can change the measuring unit and also change it between Monthly and Yearly.

9. Click "Save (1 change)".

10. In the right corner of every question you can find the opportunity to "skip the question", "Upload supporting proofs or documents", "see the changelog (if you are more than 1 who manages the data)", "add a question to a collection".

11. When you have inserted your data, you can see the total amount beneath. Remember to "Save" your changes.

12. When you are done, you can go back to your framework overview and here you can find the framework you have just answered.
