First, you will need to have finalized your Double Materiality assessment to know what you need to report on.

When you have done your Double Materiality you are ready to continue and customize your ESRS framework before you can delegate it.

Customize your questions

Data Collection

Your Data Collection area is where you have your Data Collection Overview and where you can start collecting your data, also from the questions you can choose to delegate to other departments. You can simply customize your framework and then delegate to the departments that you need to answer the questions. When your delegates have answered, you can see the progress of answered delegated questions in your overview.

Adding a framework

When you have selected My Data Collection, you are presented with an overview of your current existing and completed frameworks. You can click "Add framework" to add a new framework to your data collection.

When you have added a new framework, it will appear under "Current frameworks".

When you add a framework you can search from the published frameworks and click "Add" when you have found the framework you want to customize. Remember to select the reporting year and click "Add framework" when you are ready to start customizing your questions in your selected framework.

Customizing your questions in your framework

Now you are ready to customize your questions. You can either select all questions or click individual topics to be included in your framework. You can also open up the topics to see all the questions included.

When you have selected topics and questions you can see your "Framework summary" to make sure you have selected all the questions you need in your Framework. Click "Save" when you have finished your Framework.

Now you have customized your Framework ✅.

Click "Open" to start delegating the questions in your Framework to the Group that will help answer them.

You can click here for the next article explaining how to delegate your questions.
