When you have customized your ESRS framework you are now ready to start delegating the questions in your frameworks to your degatees.
When you have delegated the questions, your delegates will be able to answer the framework and you will be able to check the progress of answered questions in your Overview.
Delegating your questions
When you need to have specific departments or groups in your company to help you answer their part of your framework, you can simply start delegating questions for them to start answering. Click "Open" on the framework where you have selected topics and subtopics.
Create collection
A collection will be visible as the framework title for your chosen delegates to answer.
If you have not added any questions to a collection before, you can create a collection.
Your collection will now have the name that you have selected, and that your delegates can find under their own "Data collection" section.
Customize your collection
When you have named your framework collection, you can click "Customize" to add the questions to the framework you want your chosen delegates to answer. Select the topics and questions you have pre-selected in your framework and that you would like to delegate to a specific group in your company to answer.
Again, remember to click "Save" when you are done with selection questions for your delegates to answer.
Assigning your selected questions to your group
When you are done selecting the questions for your collection, you are ready to assign the questions to your delegates.
You click "Open" on the framework once again, and now you can start assigning your collection of questions to your designated group.
The groups you can assign your collection of questions to are presented to you, and you can select more groups if you need several groups to answer your framework.
You can also always click "Edit questions" if you need to edit the questions in your selected Framework.
Overview
In your own "Overview" you can see your framework progress, including the questions you have delegated.
In "My Questions" you will find your questions that you have not delegated to your hotels to answer, but rather questions that you will need to answer yourself.
