You may want to export your data because you'd like a more detailed view of the certification data you have uploaded for a particular standard, or you believe that there is an anomaly in your data and you wish to change this.

1. First, select the group that contains the certification data you're looking for by navigating to "Certification Management".

2. Click "Certified establishments".

3. Select "the Group" you want to export establishments from.

4. Before you can export, you will need to select your "standard".

5. If you want an overview of all your certification data, you can select everything, or you can use the additional filters to narrow down your dataset further 🔎.

When you have selected the establishments you need to export, simply click "Export".

All of your certification data must be accurate and up to date. If not, this can cause issues for the hotels looking to advertise their sustainability credentials online. After all, they're proud to have been certified by you and they want to show this off! 💁

Luckily, if you find any anomalies in your data (such as expired certifications), you can use the exported report to change this. Simply make the edits to the data that are required, save the document, and then import this as if you were doing a new data import. As the report contains the BeCause Company ID for the property, it will update the existing certification data on file instead of creating a brand new certification 👍
