How to sign up as a Hotel user on BeCause

Create your user company profile

Claim your hotel properties in the sign-up process.

1. Sign up with your work e-mail here.

2. Click "Continue" when you have filled out your basic information.

3. Verify your e-mail. You will receive an e-mail with a link to verify your new user. Please remember to check your spam filter 🗑️.

4. Fill out "Tell us about yourself". Please keep in mind that this step is only to create a personal user and not a company profile (e.g. a profile for a specific hotel). This will be created later 😊.

5. Click "Continue".

6. Select "Hotels".

7. If we have any hotel property profiles in our system that match your work email, you will now be able to claim your hotel properties automatically in the sign-up process 🙌

8. Select your hotel properties and click "Claim".

9. If you cannot find your hotel property you can create a user profile without claiming any company by doing one of the two following steps 9a or 9b ⬇️ :

9a. You can click "Skip this step"(claiming can always be done later) and create a user profile without claiming.

9b. Or you can click "Create company profile" and create a company profile for your hotel property.
- Fill out the information and click "Create".

12. You have now successfully created your user company profile and signed up on BeCause and you are all set and ready to get started 👏.
