This article helps you manage your data, by teaching you how to revoke a certification from a specific company.

Please follow the below steps in order to revoke a certification:

Navigate to the Collect menu and click on Certifications.

Click on Manage on the right-hand side 🤜.

Navigate to Issuable certifications.

Select the certification you want to remove a company from.

- In this case the Waystar Royco Eco-Label.

Click on Certified companies on the left-hand side 🤛.

Find and click on the company profile you want to revoke or remove a certification from.

You have two options as a certification body to manage your certifications ⬇️:

1. The preferred option is to update the status of the certification (i.e. No validation, Validate, Invalidate, Revoke).
 
 
2. The other option is to completely remove the certification from the company, which could affect if the certification is shown with an OTA.

NOTE ❗Removing or revoking a certification does not remove them from your Group and will therefore still be present in your data if you perform an <a href="https://help.because.eco/en/articles/8369920-how-to-update-data-on-certified-hotels">export to make changes to existing members</a> ❗.

3. Navigate to Issuable certifications.
 
 
4. Select the certification you want to remove a company from.

5. Click on Certified companies on the left-hand side 🤛.
 
 
6. Find and click on the company profile you want to revoke or remove a certification from.
