To make sure that the data you import is as correct as possible, we have a sample file feature that we highly recommend you download to work on every time you want to import a newly certified establishment to the BeCause database.
Why?
Simply because we have already matched the columns in the sample file to match the columns that are required for a successful data import to the database. In that way, you do not need to match the columns when you are ready to import your file.
Can I work on my own file?
You can work in your own prepared file, as long as you match the columns in your own file to the columns we have in our database. Otherwise, your data will end up being mixed.
To help you prepare your data as smoothly as possible, we have a step-by-step guide that will take you through how to download a sample file to work in.
