There are two ways to provide the status of an establishment going through the application/certification process:
In bulk
Manual status change per establishment
Importing 'In Progress' application data in bulk
Providing 'In Progress' data in bulk functions the exact same way as when you import data on the certification status of an establishment. The bulk guide for that can be found here.
Start the import process
Go to 'Import' and click on 'Establishment data.' From this page you will start the import process by selecting the certification scheme you are importing data for, selecting the group you are importing data into, and lastly, download a sample file (which will include the necessary fields).
Please note, you can still use your own file - you just need to make sure you map the fields in your file with the necessary fields on the BeCause side.
Once you download the sample file, you will find a column called 'Application status' - as shown below:
This is the status you will need to provide for each establishment/accommodation, and you can provide either of the following statuses:
In progress
Not in progress
Upload data
Drop your file or click to upload file
In the next step, you will need to match the columns in your file to the model expected by the import.
If you have used the sample spreadsheet from the previous step, all relevant columns should automatically match ✔️.
If you have used your custom spreadsheet template, it is important to ensure that all the relevant columns align with the columns in your file before proceeding❗.
Once you have confirmed the alignment, click Next to proceed ⬇️:
You will then be asked to verify your data (All rows with errors will be marked in pink 🔴).
This is also the step where you can check the Application status that you have provided for each establishment/accommodation.
When you are ready to complete the import, you can proceed by clicking "Submit" 💚
Manual status change per establishment
If you want to change the status of each establishment individually, we also make that possible.
Select an establishment
Go to the 'My establishments' overview and click on an establishment.
Edit status
Scroll down to the establishments certification and click 'Edit.'
Change the 'Application status' to 'In progress.'
