BeCause now makes it possible to also share data on establishments that are in progress of going through the certification process with you.
Enabling it in the platform
In order to give an OTA, Tour Operator or Travel Platform access to data on In Progress establishments, you will need to follow below steps.
Navigate to 'Manage data access'
Go to 'Certification Management' in the left-hand menu and click on 'My certifications.' From there click on ' Manage data access' in the top-right corner:
Edit access scope and include In Progress
Click on the three dots next to the OTA that you wish to give access to 'In Progress' data and click 'Edit access scope.'
Next, tick off the option to include in-progress data on establishments that are currently in the process of getting certified.
Why would you want to share this data with OTAs, Tour Operators and Travel platforms?
OTAs, Tour Operators and Travel Platforms often have goals or ambitions to get their supply of accommodations certified. This means that they might also urge their accommodations to get certified, and even guide them towards a specific certification. By getting access to data on accommodations that you already have in your application process, you avoid that OTAs, Tour Operators and Travel Platforms actively communicate about certification and thereby confuse them in an already confusing process.
