When reviewing the application, you have the following options:

  • Send back for follow-up

  • Mark ready for audit

  • Assign auditor

Mark questions for follow-up

  1. When reviewing the questions, you can mark the questions you need the client to edit or align on. You need to do this before you can send the application back for "follow-up".

2. Make sure to add a follow-up comment as guidance for the client

3. The question will now be marked as "Follow-up required", and you can edit if needed.

Send the application back to the client for a follow-up

When you have reviewed all the questions and marked them for follow-up, you can send the application back for follow-up with the client.

  1. Click "Send back for follow-up" at your options in the top

2. Once the application has been sent back, the client will be able to see what you have marked for follow-up and update their answers.
