The "Changelog" shows when and who answered or changed the answer to a specific question.
If the client has more than 1 person who will answer the questions in the application, it can be helpful for you to check who has answered the question and when they have done it.
Click the "3 dots" next to "Omit question", and then you can select "Changelog".
2. When you open up the "Changelog", you can see the history of the question with timestamps and who has changed or answered.
