Audits
When you have audited an Application, either onsite or virtually, you can create the Audit on the BeCause platform.
Here you are able to enter the Audit information, information about the Auditeed and audit by.
When you have created the audit, you can open up the audit to upload images from your onsite visit.
You can always edit and change the information or add comments and images to your Audit.
How to create a new Audit to an Application
Step-by-step guide
1. Open "Certification Management" and click "Certified establishments".
2. Select your Group of "Applications".
3. Select the establishment you need to update Audit on.
4. Click "Audit" in the top of the establishment page.
5. Fill in the information of the audit and audited by. Remember to click "Save".
6. Scroll down the page to locate your Audit. You can click on the Audit to edit the details and to upload pictures from your onsite visit.
7. When you have opened up your Audit, please click "Upload" to attach images from your onsite visit.
8. You can select the uploaded image to delete or flag as important.
