If your data mapping exercise has not managed to find a hotel that you know is certified, it could be for several reasons. It may be that the hotel's certification is expired or invalid, or it may be that your data points don't match neatly with the ones we have for that property. It could also be that the certifier hasn't yet uploaded that certification on to our platform.

The Manual Mapping section of our platform allows you to search for hotels that you know are certified and add your ID to that property.

When you find the hotel, it will provide information about the certification it has received. If this is the property that you wish to map against, you can save your internal ID in to manually approve this, and the result will be moved to your Resolved Mappings section.

If you click "Save" while the internal ID field is empty, this will also move the result to your "Resolved Mappings" section, but as a rejected result.
