Video Guide

As a Marketplace, you will have access to a Dashboard showing the hotels in your portfolio that have been mapped against those in the BeCause database. You can view this in your "Overview" tab and looks like this:

It will initially show you an overview of all your properties, but you can break this down by country using the dropdown menu in the top right corner:

Let's break this down a bit more πŸ”

The Pie Chart

The pie chart shows the number of properties in your portfolio that have been mapped and approved in the data mapping process. It will break down the certification status of your portfolio into four categories:

Active - the property has a valid certification

In progress - the property is going through the certification process

Soon to expire - the property has a valid certification that will expire within 30 days

Expired - the property's certification has expired

While you cannot click into these different segments, you can export a report from the BeCause platform that breaks this down into more detail. You can do this by going to the "Resolved Mappings" section and clicking "Export Approved".

Reviewed Mappings

This is fairly self explanatory - this tells you how many mapping results you have approved or rejected based on your data maps.

If there are any properties awaiting review, you can click "Review" and this will take you straight into the "Pending Mappings" section, where you can approve or reject these suggestions.

Certifications held by your companies

Again, this is another self explanatory feature, this shows you how many certifications each certifier has issued, and how many of your properties have this certification. It will also tell you the last time that certifier uploaded new certifications to the BeCause platform.

You may see some certifications that are represented by asterisks - this means that the certifying body has chosen not to share their data with you. If you see this, please contact [email protected] and we can help you out with this.

You can find a full breakdown of which properties have which certification by exporting a file of all your mapped hotels. You can do this by going to the "Certification Area" tab, selecting the certification/certifications in question and clicking "Export Certified Companies".
