When do I have my certification?
When the certifying body has reviewed and approved your application, your Status will change and you will have your certification ✅.
Where do I check my status?
I already answered the questions and submitted it successfully. Where do I check my certification status?
You can always go and check your answered certification status in your Applications Overview.
1. You can always find your Overview under Certification Area.
2. Click "Applications".
2. Click "Status".
3. Select a "Status."
4. You can now see your selected status Application in your overview.
Communication with the certifying body on the BeCause platform
When you are checking your status and the certifying body has commented on your answers, you can also check the comments under your answered questions.
This is a way for the certifying body to communicate and discuss what you have answered with you.
