How to add a selection of existing questions to a group framework

NOTE❗Choose this option if you want to select specific questions from existing public frameworks, or previously created group frameworks, and incorporate them into your new group framework (example for a public framework: Global Reporting Initiative).

  1. You can find your created group frameworks in Coordinate ➡️ Groups (select the group whose framework you want to edit) ➡️ Frameworks.

  2. Click Edit next to the group framework to which you want to add questions (In this example, it is called Test Framework).

  3. After you have opened the group framework that you want to edit, you can either see the list of questions from all public frameworks existing on the platform, or you can choose one by using the filter function.

(In this example, we chose to only select questions from the Hotel Sustainability Basics framework ⬇️).

  4. Click on one of the topics, and sub-topics, from where you want to add questions.

(In this example, we chose to add questions from the Waste Management topic, and Generated Waste sub-topic).

  5. Select the questions that you want to add to your group framework by clicking the boxes.

NOTE❗Some questions contain sub-questions. Open the drop-down of each question, to see which sub-questions you want to add.

(In this example, we chose to add the questions with the green check marks ✅).

  6. Click Save changes in the bottom right corner to save your progress.
