How to create a custom group framework
The following guide helps group owners (e.g. hotel HQs) to create a custom framework, that can be shared with members (e.g. hotels) within their group.
The purpose of group frameworks is to:
Only be visible by a certain group and the group owner
To include a selection of questions from existing frameworks
To include newly created questions by the group owner
To be flexibly edited, changed, and deleted by the group owner
Please follow the steps below to create a new custom group framework:
Go to Coordinate on the left side menu and click Groups 👥.
Select the group you’d like to share the new custom framework with (in this case Waystar Royco Members).
Click on Frameworks on the left side menu.
Click the Create Framework button.
Add a name to your framework (this can also be changed later).
