This guide will walk you through how to install the group widget requested by your group owner.

This guide will instruct the group members on where and how to install the group widget.

Guide Agenda:

The Company Manager page

On your company manager page, you will see a menu list on the left-hand side of the page.

Select Getting Started under Home.

Accept a Group Invitation

  1. Go to Coordinate and select Groups.

  2. Under Groups, you will find Group Invitations

  3. Here, you can see the invitation to the group. You will see the options of Accept/Reject.

  4. In this case, select Accept to accept the invitation.

Install your Group Widgets

  1. After you accept the invitation, go to your Communicate menu, and select Website Widgets.

  2. Here, you will see your group widget showing up under Pre-made widgets for you.

3. Where the arrow points, you will see the information about the group who owned the widget.

4. Select Preview to preview your group website widget before installation (shown below).

5. Your group website widget preview will show up in the circled area (shown below).

Widget's Code Snippet

  1. At your group widget, select the drop-down icon next to the Preview button (shown below).

2. You will see 2 important pieces of information here:

Section A:

  • Information on who maintains the group widget & rights for alternating the size of the widget on your website (e.g., as a group owner, you will be responsible for your own widget's width & height).

Section B:

  1. The width & height of the widget.

  2. The code snippet that should be installed into your website's HTML code.

  3. The snippet should be inserted in your website’s HTML code, where you want to show your widget.

  4. Check your group widget's statistics.

We recommend you let your developers insert these codes into your backend. Once you complete this step, you should see your group widget appear on the website page you wish to communicate your sustainability 🤝.

Statistics

Select Statistics to see your widget's statistics (shown below).

If the widget has not been seen or installed on your website, no data can be seen on this page. Our statistics provide you with an overview of who viewed your widget 👀.
