This guide will show you how to edit/manage your payment options on the BeCause platform.
In this guide, you will learn about:
Subscription
On your company's manager page, you will see a menu list on the left-hand side.
You can manage your subscription here if you wish to:
Upgrade your Plan.
Alternate your Payment Method.
Edit your Billing Information.
Select the Plans & Billing on the menu list:
Here, you will see 4 different plans:
Select the plan that you wish to upgrade.
Choose how to make the payment (monthly/annually).
Information about your subscription
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you will see:
Your subscription plan.
Your plan's expiring date.
