This guide will show you how to edit/manage your payment options on the BeCause platform.

In this guide, you will learn about your:


Subscription

On your company's manager page, you will see a menu list on the left-hand side-

You can manage your subscription here if you wish to:

  • Upgrade your Plan.

  • Alternate your Payment Method.

  • Edit your Billing Information.

Select the Plans & Billing on the menu list:

Next, select Subscriptions under Settings:

Here, you will see 4 different plans:

  1. Select the plan that you wish to upgrade.

  2. Select how you wish to make the payment (monthly/annually).


Information about your subscription

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you will see:

  • Your subscription plan.

  • Plan's expiring date.
