2. Open Data Collection Menu

Click "Data collection" to access the data collection options within the Because application.

3. Access Utility Tracker

Click "Utility Tracker" to navigate to the utility tracking section where you can manage utility data.

4. Select Validate Portfolio

Click "Validate portfolio" to begin the process of validating your portfolio's utility data.

5.Select Correct Group

Expand the Group Selector to select the group you want to validate data for.

6. Choose Group

Select the specific group (e.g. "Lotus Hotel Group") to specify the hotel group whose utility data you want to validate.

7. Select Reporting Year

Select reporting year (e.g. "2025") to specify the year for which you want to validate the utility data.

Click "Validate all" to run validation checks on all utility data entries for the selected year and hotel group.

9. Dive Deeper For Specific Hotel

Click on a specific hotel (e.g. "Green Lotus") to focus validation on this specific subset or property within the hotel group.

This overview will show you all the utility data input by the hotel.
