How to use the Utility Tracker Guide


1. Go to "Data Collection" and click "Utility Tracker".
First, choose the reporting year you'd like to work with. This allows you to track your hotel's performance over specific periods, helping you understand your progress year-on-year.

2. Now you can find a data point, such as "Total energy consumption", and enter your data for a given month.

3. Remember to "Save ( ) changes" when you have answered a data point.

4. Click "Manage Data Points" to easily toggle on/off the specific metrics you want to track. This keeps your view clean and focused on what's most important to your hotel.

5. Use the Topic filter to narrow down your view to see only the relevant data points and stay focused. Remember to save the data points you have selected.

6. You can filter your data points by "Topic" as well to insert your data.



How to Manage Utility Tracker Data Points and how to check the validity

1. Once you have managed a data point, you can insert your data into the data point. The more data points you fill, the more you can track.

2. The Utility Tracking Validator will guide you if you have data that is inconsistent, and if you need to recheck it.

3. In this way, you can always make sure that your data looks correct. The Utility Tracking Validator helps your data be valid.
