If you are an Accommodation or a Hotel company, you can add a Framework and answer the questions under the different topics.

You can add a file to your questions, omit a question and always check the history data on a question.

Agenda

How to add and answer a framework: a step-by-step guide

1. Go to "Data Collection" in your left sidebar and open up "My data collection." Under "Current frameworks", you can click "+ Framework" to select a new framework.

2. Search for the framework you would like to fill and click "Add".

3. Select the year and start month and click "Add framework".

4. Now your Framework appears under "Current frameworks" and you can click "Open". You can always add another framework to fill, if you need it.

5. You can open up the different topics to answer. You can always go back to your topics overview by clicking "All topics".

6. When you have answered questions, please remember to click "Save ( ) changes" in the bottom right corner.

7. You can follow the progress of your framework, and then you mark the framework as completed once you have answered everything.

How to upload a file, omit a question and see the changelog

How to upload a file to a question

1. You can easily add a document or a picture to a question in your framework. Under the question, please click "Upload files".

2. Choose a file or drag it to drop it into the upload. When the file is marked green, you can upload the file(s) to the question.

How to omit a question

1. If there is a question in your selected framework that is not applicable, please select "Omit question".

2. When you have clicked "Omit question", then please explain why you are omitting the question and remember to click "Save".

How to check the changelog of the question

  1. If you are revisiting your framework in between days or you have different colleagues to answer the questions, you can always open up the "Changelog" to check who has answered and/or edited the question.

2. When you open up the "Changelog" on a question, you can see the history.
