The BeCause RFP Center is your one-stop solution for managing and sharing your hotel's sustainability information with key industry partners. We know that responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) can be time-consuming, especially when it comes to detailing your sustainability efforts. This feature is designed to simplify that process, helping you save time, reduce errors, and ultimately secure more business.

With the RFP Center, you can efficiently complete crucial sustainability frameworks, such as the Green Stay Initiative by HRS or the GBTA Procurement Standard for Hotels. Once completed, your data can be seamlessly distributed to platforms like Cvent Meetings, ensuring your sustainability credentials are front and center for potential clients.

1. Navigate to the RFP Center in the left-hand navigation and find the sustainability framework you want to report on.

2. Click "Start" on the sustainability framework you want to report on.

3. You will be asked to connect your third-party ID (e.g. H-key or Cvent ID) in order to enable the connection with third-party platforms.

4. Click "Connect now"

5. Click the ID field - in this case the "HRS ID" field and type in your ID.

6. Click checkbox to approve the sharing of data.

7. Click "Connect"

8. Once you have connected successfully, you can close the window.

9. After adding your third-party ID, you can start the process of completing the sustainability reporting, by clicking "Start"

10. Click into each of the topics within the framework to complete the necessary questions.

11. Answer each of the questions in the framework.

12. Remember to save any changes.

13. Once you are done, click "Mark as completed"

14. After completion, the framework will end up under "Completed RFPs" where you can always locate it and check the status.
